Brock INTUI-DRY® Dryer Control
Since it was introduced in 2018, Brock’s INTUI-DRY Control has taken proven drying algorithms and straightforward controls to the next level.
This innovative and intuitive system provides on-farm and commercial grain operators with simplified dryer monitoring and control. It comes standard on new BROCK® Commercial Tower Dryers, MEYER ENERGY MISER® Tower Dryers and VECTOR™ ENERGY MISER® Mixed Flow Dryers. It is an option on new SUPERB ENERGY MISER® Low-Profile SQ Series Dryers. INTUI-DRY Control is also available as an upgrade to existing QUANTUM® and SPECTRUM® Dryer Controls.
Easier to navigate.
An easy-to-use 15.6-inch touch-screen provides intuitive management of all aspects of dryer operation. Full color graphs outline both wet and dry moisture percentages, and track historical trends.
Easier to maintain.
From the solid-state components to the all-new software system, the INTUI-DRY dryer management system is easier to maintain. Many diagnostics and software updates can be done remotely through a web-based connection. INTUI-DRY Control also has quick connectors and fewer components for easy service.
Web-based monitoring and control.
Web-based monitoring with INTUI-DRY Control gives enhanced remote access through a personal computer, smartphone or tablet anytime, nearly anywhere. You can check drying parameters in real time, view dryer settings, receive text alerts when a dryer alarm occurs, and shut down the dryer remotely.
